Sertech Elettronica in The Logiss Family

In recent weeks, all the shares of SerTech Elettronica S.r.l. were acquired by H* Industries S.r.l., a holding company that in 2023 already acquired the shares of the Trentino company Logiss S.r.l. with the aim of creating a group of Made in Italy excellences capable of responding to new market needs by offering its customers customized turnkey solutions.
SerTech Elettronica S.r.l. is a company based in Malo (VI) that has been designing and manufacturing electrical panels, electronic equipment and software for industrial automation since 1987; it also operates in the field of robotics, designing and manufacturing work islands for the most diverse uses. The history of SerTech is that of a Vicenza-based company that has built its success thanks to the dedication and vision of 3 partners who have always had the support of valid collaborators, sharing their values and objectives. To date, the Sertech team has over 30 people, almost half of whom are dedicated to the research and development office, the beating heart of innovation in SerTech.
In 2023, SerTech Elettronica S.r.l. reached a significant milestone, closing with a turnover of 5 million euros and thus exceeding the expected budget by almost 10%. “Our strength – explains Stefano Ruaro, founder of Sertech and now in the Sales Department – lies in the ability to transform visionary ideas into tangible realities, thanks to the combination of experience, technical expertise and passion for our work. In order to guarantee effective business continuity, the outgoing administrators of SerTech Elettronica S.r.l. continue to hold the same operational roles within the new organization; the new organizational structure of SerTech Elettronica S.r.l., combined and coordinated with that of the company Logiss S.r.l., specialized in the design and production of internal handling systems, will allow the new Group to develop the existing business activities, offering competitive and diversified solutions, aimed at expanding the customer portfolio and increasing its presence on international markets.
The achievement of these objectives is supported by the growth prospects of the reference markets, including international ones, in which the company Logiss S.r.l. already operates, which are grafted onto important macro-trends such as robotics, Industry 5.0 and logistics automation. The competitive positioning of the two companies in their respective reference sectors and their business model will allow the new union to design and offer its customers integrated and strategic solutions in the context of industrial automation and production processes.
